I want people who are under pressure to give more attention to the world around them and to themselves.
Nobody knows when they will die. We have routines, we work, eat, play, make family, friends, find a partner and lots of things more to keep busy and to try not to think about it. Therefore, my advice for humans is to enjoy your time even with something cheap like the beauty of nature. It’s not necessary for everything to be special in your life.

When children first arrive to the UK they need some activity to help take away the stress. They might be thinking a lot about their asylum journey. Their parents might be stressed about their asylum application, their housing, for example. I’m not saying if you do painting or drawing you’ll completely forget everything, no! But it can make you calm and relaxed at least for a few hours or a few minutes.
